Thru May 30th, WHSC is offering a 2-for-1 Special. Join and pay your membership dues and initiation fee in full by May 30th and you will receive an additional membership for free. The free membership may be of an equal or lesser cost membership category. This special offer is available to first-time members ONLY. It cannot be combined with any other offer, including the trial membership. The free membership will be a non-equity, one year membership.

Membership Categories and Dues for the 2008 season

We have 3 categories of membership:

Family: A family is defined as one or two adults and all children, other immediate relatives, and child caretakers (i.e., au pair or nanny) living in the same household under the same roof. Annual dues are $440.

Couple: A couple is defined as a two-person household (i.e., two adults living in the same household, or a single parent with one child). Annual dues are $340.

Single: A single is defined as anyone eighteen years or older. Annual dues are $265.

Membership Initiation Fee

New members pay a one-time $260 initiation fee. This fee can be paid in one installment, or over the course of two years.

The initiation fee purchases a voting share of equity in the pool and pool property.

Alternatively, you can purchase a trial membership for one year, in which case you pay no initiation fee this year. A trial membership fee of $50 is charged (in addition to annual dues, listed above). If you return to the pool next summer, you must then pay the initiation fee, but the $50 trial membership fee will be credited to your initiation fee (i.e., $260 - $50 = $210 initiation fee balance to be paid next summer.)
